The stated prices are per apartment and night for a stay of 4 nights or more:

Children 0–2.99 years: €15
Children 3–13.99 years: €20

Short stay:
For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a one-time short stay supplement of €40

Included in the price: Bed linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, electricity, heating, final cleaning and WiFi. The local tax is calculated separately and currently amounts to €2.00 per person per day (from 14 years).

For our little guests, we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.

With the Brixen Südtriol Guest Pass, South Tyrol can be discovered in a relaxed and car-free way. It offers free use of all public transport as well as numerous benefits:

We love animals – but out of consideration for all guests, pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.

Deposit:
Your booking becomes binding with the transfer of a deposit of €200 per week and receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation. Please state the guest’s name as the transfer reference.

Payment:
The remaining amount can be transferred in advance or paid on site in cash, by EC card or credit card. In Italy, there is a cash limit of €4,999.

Arrival: from 2:00 pm You are welcome to arrive earlier – however, the apartment is only ready for occupancy from 2 pm. We appreciate a short message if you arrive later.

Departure: until 9:00 am
Later departure times are possible upon request.

Those arriving by train or bus are welcome to be picked up free of charge at Brixen station – so your holiday starts in a relaxed way.

Our Huberhof is located in the heart of the Eisack Valley, on the sunny Natz apple plateau, only 100 m from the village center – central yet quiet.

Arrival by car:
Via the A22 Brenner motorway, exit Brixen-Nord/Pustertal, direction Pustertal – after approx. 1.5 km turn right towards Natz/Schabs and follow the signs. In the village center of Natz turn right – after 100 m you will find us on the left side.

Arrival by train or plane:
Brixen train station, from there free pick-up service. Airports: Bolzano (45 km), Innsbruck (90 km) and Verona (170 km)

The following conditions apply:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the booking value; any deposit paid will be deducted
• 1 month – 2 weeks before arrival: 70% of the booking value
• from 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the booking value

Please inform us early if you cannot make your holiday.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (“cancellation protection”) – this way you are also covered in case of unexpected events and can look forward to your holiday without worry. You can find more information and options to purchase here:
